An Indie bottling of Mortlach 18 year old presented in The Octave range by Duncan Taylor. The whisky was distilled in 1995 left to age until it was bottled 18 years later, at natural cask strength. Just 88 bottles were produced.
Aged in a pair of hogshead casks (#50254 & #50256) this 20-year-old imperial was aged from 1995 to 2016 with an outturn of 495 bottles.Speyside single malt at its very finest with a deliciously-prominenttropical fruit character.
17 year old Macallan released by independant bottler Duncan Taylor as part of The Octave range. This whisky was aged in small octave casks which provide a much greater surface area for the whisky to gain character from.
