Presented in The Octave range by Duncan Taylor comes this 6 year old Speysider fromGlentauchers. Itwas distilled in 2008 and after the the ageing process was nearly complete, it was then transferred into a smaller Octave cask for 6 months. Only 88 bottles were filled from the cask.
From Duncan Taylor's Octave range, a 7 year old Craigellachie distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2015. It was finished in small casks with a capacity of around 50 litres, which are referred to as an 'Octave'.
