Voted Best Buy in the Whisky Magazine in 2015, an Island whisky from the Tobermory distillery, bottled by the friendly folks at That Boutique-y Whisky Company. This is a well balanced single malt from the Island of Mull, with coastal notes and sweet fruits. Just 208 bottles were produced.

The second batch of 'The Bothy' fromArran. This one was matured in first fill American oak bourbon barrels with an 18 month finish in American oak quarter casks, before being bottled without chill-filtration or added colouring.

Talisker continue to release these tasty Distillers Edition bottlings. This one, distilled in 2005 and left to soak in Amaroso sherry casks, was bottled in 2015 at 45.8% ABV.

The Talisker distillery ‘Distillers Edition’ bottlings are finished in Amoroso casks. This is the 2016 release, which was distilled back in 2006, and then bottled at 45.8% ABV.

Distilled on the Isle of Skye at Talisker, this 7 year old single malt was held maturing in a refill hogshead from November 2009 to February 2017. When the whisky was charged from the cask by Hunter Laing for their Old Malt cask range, just 393 bottles were filled.
