Sherried Edradour aged for 10 years and independently bottled by Signatory Vintage. Matured from February 2008 to March 2018 in cask #25, the whisky was bottled without chill-filtration or any added colouring.
Bottled as part of Douglas Laing's Premier Barrel range, this Highland single malt was initially distilled at Auchroisk before being aged for 10 years and later bottled up in ceramic decanters. Charmingly presented, just 367 of these were produced.
Bottled for the Straight From The Cask series by Edradour comes this 10-year-old Highland single malt distilled in 2005. It spent it's time maturing in cask #49 before being bottled at natural cask strength in November 2015.
A heavily-sherried Edradour aged for 10 years in single sherry butt #273, before being bottled for the Straight From The Cask range at 59.9% ABV. Just 959 of these Highland single malt whiskies were filled.
