Knockdhu's whiskies are more commonly released under the anCnoc brand, but this one has been bottled by independent bottlers Càrn Mòr's as part of their Strictly Limited range. Its 8 years were spent in a pair of hogshead casks, from which 770 bottles were released.
Rascan is another addition to the set ofpeated single malts in the Ancnoc range, from the Knockdhu distillery. This particular whisky was peated to 11.1 PPM before spending it's time ageing in ex-bourbon barrels for some time.
A delicious vintage 2000 bottling from Ancnoc, matured in a combination of ex-sherry butts from Spain and ex-bouron barrels from the US. This fruit-packed single malt was bottled without chill-filtration or added colours.

A Limited Release from the Knockdhu distillery, 1975 vintage Ancnoc, bottled in 2014, made from just three casks comprised of Spanish and American oak. Quite a special Highland single malt scotch, bottled with no chill-filtration or added colours at 44.2% ABV.
Only 1,590 bottles were produced.
