Allegrini owns five vineyards in the Valpolicella region, covering a total of 88.65 hectares in total, growing native grape varieties. Founded by Giovanni Allegrini who, in relative youth, began passionately learning everything he could about winemaking, perfecting the art with great skill. His lifestyle and attitude towards wine is key to the success of Allegrini in the hands of his sons and daughter. His son, Franco is considered one if Italy's finest winemakers. Marilisa Allegrini, his daughter is invaluable for her role in marketing Allegrini and Valpolicella wines worldwide, as well as finding new areas of Italian land to produce high quality wines.
