A gold award winning American wheat whiskey from the Bernheim distillery. Bottled at aminimum of 5 years old it boasts a chewy fruit character, with notes of fruitcake and toasted spice. It was also the first wheat whiskey to be released in United States.
Sonoma County Distilling Company produce the 2nd Chance Wheat by re-using the casks that matured their rye whiskey. The whiskey is distilled twice and uses a mash containing unmalted and malted wheat. This is a little sweeter than their other two bottlings.
