2016 Bordeaux En Primeur from Chateau Coutet

Chateau Coutet is an ancient estate, referred to by Thomas Jefferson in the late eighteenth century as the finest vineyard in Barsac. The name Coutet, a Gascon word meaning ' knife', derives from the fresh, cutting acidity which is a signature the wines in their youth.
