Laurent Perrier Rose is one of the world's most successful luxury brands. Launched by the de Nonancourt family in 1968 it is created from 100% Pinot Noir grapes using the rarely used saignée, method, which allows extended contact with the black grape skins rather than the addition of red wine which is more often than not the choice. The result is the salmon pink hue so very popular worldwide.

The house of Laurent Perrier was established in 1812, its namesake originating from Eugene Laurent who was gifted the estate on the death of founder Alphonse Pierlot . Eugene married Mathilde Perrier who changed the name to Veuve(widow) Laurent Perrier when her husband died in 1887. The current owners the de Nonancourts took charge in 1939 developing the business considerably into what is now one of the most successful of the Grands Marques.
This salmon-pink rose Champagne is truly remarkable for its highly expressive bouquet, stemming from very careful preservation of fresh fruit aromas which occur during the winemaking. Using skin contact with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, also known as the saignée method, Laurent-Perrier's know-how and attention to quality produces a finely crafted rosé with both depth and freshness. It has become the benchmark for rosé Champagne around the world. Meticulous sorting of the grapes and controlled maceration help the extraction of color and reveal the full aromatic richness of the Pinot Noir grape. Unlike most rosé Champagnes, the base of Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé Brut is obtained by drawing juice off of the grapes in the vat, rather than simply blending red and white wines. Cellaring length varies and is dependent on the wine in order to preserve its fresh red fruit aromas. The Cuvée Rosé Brut makes a delicious aperitif. It pairs very well with pork or poultry, and is an extraordinary match for red fruit desserts. The most audacious may even pair it with Asian cuisine.

In Bond storage is facilitated at Octavian in Wiltshire, the U.K's premier wine storage facility. The conditions at this old munitions base, 100 metres below ground are unrivalled, offering temperature control, In Bond facility and full replacement value insurance. The wines are stored under each client's individual "Protection Plus" account number, fully labelled and can only be released or moved with his or her written instructions. No right of lien can be exercised over wines held on each client's behalf. Client's stock can be inspected, by arrangement, at any time excluding November & December.
