This is a deliciously refreshing sparkling rose wine. Fresh red fruit, predominantly strawberries and raspberries, fill the nose with some biscuity autolytic character. On the palate it is dry and well balanced. Lovely on its own or with light salmon dishes!

Information About Camel Valley

Camel Valley is an award winning English winery located on the slopes above the river Camel in Cornwall. Bob Lindo and his wife Annie had bought a farm and made the risky move of planting it with vines in 1989 and building a modern winery soon after. The first few years were tough, but soon the awards came rolling in, reflecting the passionate hard work put towards their wines.

Camel Valley does produce a few brilliant still wines, but is most widely recognised and decorated for its traditional method sparkling wines. This English fizz has consistently been offering stiff competition to the familiar names of the Champenoise and supplies numerous high end restaurants and retailers.

Due to the number of awards, it is impossible to list them here. Link to Camel Valley Awards page:
